The guy who installed my lock, showed up hours later than promised, was hyper, talking fast, asked to use my bathroom twice in an hour. I made sure I could pay by credit card and then the guy who installed the lock tried to talk me into letting him drive me to my bank so I could pay in cash. When he finally finished and was leaving he told me someone could still kick my door in, but he could come back and install another lock if I wanted. Needless to say I declined.

From the reviews and the description it does not tell you that it is actually a machine located inside RiteAid. I didn't know that. Super easy and convenient. Stick the key, wait for it to scan it and then choose what metal you want. Tested the key later and it works. It says it copys car keys too

I called this place on Saturday and they were ready to work on a car key for me.... Now Sunday. The next day.. They said that they couldn't do it because of rain ...... It's not raining ....... . Please people,,, Very poor. Customet service.. .. No. GOOD......
